Refund Policy

Anthony Knotts Consulting, a subsidiary of MORE Capital Group Inc., is committed to delivering exceptional value through our business consulting and social media marketing services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Consulting Services
All consulting engagements require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee, due upon signing the service agreement. This deposit secures your scheduled consulting time and covers initial strategy development. The remaining balance is due prior to the final deliverable. Once consulting sessions have been conducted, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Social Media Marketing Packages
Monthly social media marketing retainers are billed in advance. Clients who cancel within the first 7 days of a new billing cycle may request a prorated refund for unused days in that cycle. After 7 days into a billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for that month. Setup fees and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services with 30 days written notice. Notice must be submitted via email to the assigned account manager. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the notice period if services are actively being rendered.
Project-Based Work
For one-time or project-based engagements (brand strategy, campaign builds, content packages), refunds are not available once the project has entered the production or execution phase. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund of amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be issued at the sole discretion of Anthony Knotts Consulting.
Exceptions & Disputes
We stand behind our work and are committed to client satisfaction. If you believe there has been a billing error or that services were not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 14 days of the issue. We will review your concern in good faith and work toward a fair resolution. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.
